COVID-19 UPDATE
Classes will are currently limited to 20 adult students (ages 13+) or less per class. At this time classes will be restricted to students age 13 and older. As we learn more about about the impact of COVID with school in session we will evaluate offering class to students under the age of 13. Until then, we miss all our students and hope to be back to twice-a-week classes for all age groups soon.

ABOUT OUR KARATE SCHOOL
Sebago Kyokushin Karate is rooted in a philosophy of discipline, training from the heart and the spiritual evolution of martial artists.
Sebago Kyokushin Karate’s general disciplines include kumite (sparring) and katas (forms) with a focus on preserving traditional karate principles while incorporating techniques from other disciplines.
Other focuses such as board breaking and self-defense provide a complete martial arts experience.

PRICING AND SCHEDULE
Because of COVID-19, we are only offering a Monday and Wednesday evening adult class for ages 13+.
Class is from 6pm - 7pm.
This class is open to students of all experience and ranks.
Classes are limited to 20 students to adhere to distancing recommendations.

MEET OUR STAFF
Sensei Bobb and Senpai Casey
Sebago Kyokushin Karate’s instructor is Thomas Bobb whose martial arts experience includes 31 years of training in the art of Oyama Karate, Kyokushin Karate and Tae Kwon Do. He has been a practitioner of the martial arts since the age of 17 and has been instructing students of all ages for over 15 years.
Senpai Casey Bobb's martial arts experience includes over 20 years training in Kyokushin Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. She has been a practitioner of the martial arts since the age of 29 and has been instructing students of all ages for 20 years.
Sensei Bobb and Senpai Casey hosted a successful karate dojo in Upstate NY until 2015 when they moved to Maine. They enjoy bringing their passion for martial arts to students in the Sebago Lakes region.
