We will begin to resume limited classes starting Monday the 22nd of June.  Classes will be limited to 15 students or less per class.  Please see our Pricing and Schedule tab for more details.  For the month of June classes will be restricted to students age 13 and older.  As we learn more about CDC guidelines for young children in gym settings we will expand classes to children ages 5 and older.  Until then, we miss all our students and hope to be back to twice-a-week classes for all age groups soon.

Sebago Kyokushin Karate is rooted in a philosophy of discipline, training from the heart and the spiritual evolution of martial artists.

Sebago Kyokushin Karate’s general disciplines include kumite (sparring) and katas (forms) with a focus on preserving traditional karate principles while incorporating techniques from other disciplines.

Other focuses such as board breaking and self-defense provide a complete martial arts experience.

Because of COVID-19, at this time we are only offering a Monday evening adult class for ages 13+.

This class is open to students of all experience and ranks.

Classes are limited to 15 students.
