Karate classes have been suspended April 4th in an effort to protect the health and safety of our students and families and to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 here in Maine. We will continue to update students and parents via email and on our Facebook page as we learn more.  Students will not be charged for lessons during this time of closure.  We will be working to be creative in keeping you connected to the dojo during this time. OSU!

Sebago Kyokushin Karate is rooted in a philosophy of discipline, training from the heart and the spiritual evolution of martial artists.

Sebago Kyokushin Karate’s general disciplines include kumite (sparring) and katas (forms) with a focus on preserving traditional karate principles while incorporating techniques from other disciplines.

Other focuses such as board breaking and self-defense provide a complete martial arts experience.

Because we know how busy students and their families are, we do not require contracts or monthly memberships.

Instead, students simply pay $10.00 per class or punch cards are available in $40.00 and $80.00 increments.
